Made from the floor plan alone, with no site visit. Room layout follows the plan, and finishes and furniture are styled to suit. Our 3D renders and walkthroughs use a wide-angle field of view, like a wide-angle camera lens, so rooms can look more open than they do on a flat floor plan. The layout follows the plan; on-screen proportions follow that camera view.

We follow clear AI guidelines (in line with Australia’s National AI Centre guidance). Colour and lighting correction is fine; we never change a home’s structure or materials. AI-assisted visuals carry a small, subtle watermark, staging photos stay labelled “Digitally edited”, and we never use AI to mislead.
